The categories motorhome drivers actually use
Four of Jornee's stop categories do most of the work for a motorhome trip. Fuel stops matter more for a heavier vehicle burning through a bigger tank. Rest and service areas give a place to stop for a break, use the toilet, or park up between legs of a longer drive. Supermarkets let you restock food and water without hunting for one once you are already low. Parking surfaces general parking areas along the corridor, not a motorhome-specific or bookable pitch, useful for a lunch stop or an overnight halt rather than a reserved campsite. Facility filters narrow each category further: toilets, showers, wifi and open-now status help you tell a bare fuel station apart from a service area with the amenities a longer stop needs.

Why detour minutes beat straight-line distance
A supermarket that looks close on a map can still cost 25 minutes if it sits the wrong side of a junction, while one that looks further away might be a 3-minute pull-off right on your route. Jornee ranks every stop by the real added driving time, calculated against your actual route rather than a straight line from your position, so the numbers reflect the road network you are actually on. Getting to the stop once you have picked it
