Jornee started on the A2 between Amsterdam and Maastricht — a route the founders drive most weeks. The existing sat-navs answered the wrong question.
WHY WE BUILT IT
A sat-nav should answer "where do I stop?"
Every other navigation app is fixated on turns. But on a 4-hour drive, you don't need help with turns — you need help with stops. Where to refuel, where to eat, where to charge, and where to rest. Jornee starts there.
Minutes, not kilometres
Drivers think in time. Every screen, badge, and number is denominated in detour minutes.
No data slop
If a number doesn't help you decide, we don't show it. The app is small on purpose.
Truck and EV first-class
Truck mode and EV mode aren't bolted on. They're the same product, configured for the rig.
No ads on the road
A brand can never pay to appear higher in your results. We charge users, not brands.
