Questions before you pay.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. The free plan includes 3 route searches a day, up to 25 in total, and no card is needed. That is enough to plan a handful of trips and see if Jornee fits how you drive. Pro plans allow 10 searches a day with no total cap.
How does the 14-day Pro Trucker trial work?
Pro Trucker has a 14-day free trial on iOS. Start it from the App Store. Apple needs a payment method on your Apple ID for the trial, and the subscription begins on day 14 unless you cancel before then. Google Play has no trial offer.
Can I switch tiers mid-subscription?
Change your plan in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. The store shows what a change costs before you confirm.
Is there a family plan or fleet plan?
No family plan yet. Fleets: mail [email protected].
What about VAT?
Prices on this site exclude local VAT. Apple and Google show the final price, with VAT for your country, in the store before you buy.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Pro features turn off at the end of the billing period, and the app keeps working on the Free plan. Deleting your account in the app removes it immediately. Mail [email protected] with questions.
Why no web checkout?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so this site has no card form. To cancel, open the subscription settings on your phone.
