Questions before you pay.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes, forever, with no card on file. The free plan includes 3 route searches a day, up to 25 in total, plus 3 brand filters per search. That's enough to plan a handful of trips and see if Jornee fits how you drive. Pro tiers lift the cap.
How does the 14-day Pro Trucker trial work?
It's an Apple/Google native introductory offer, not a custom server trial. Start it from the iOS App Store or Google Play. We don't charge you during the trial; on day 14 the subscription begins. Cancel any time before day 14 to avoid the charge. Trials are only available on Pro Trucker.
Can I switch tiers mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate via Apple/Google. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You're never paying for two tiers at once.
Is there a family plan or fleet plan?
Apple Family Sharing works on iOS, buy once, share with up to 5 family members. For fleets of 10+ trucks or company cars, we offer custom pricing with SSO and a fleet dashboard. Mail [email protected].
What about VAT?
Listed prices include VAT for your country (Apple/Google handle the rate). Apple and Google take ~15–30% commission, you don't pay this, but it's why we don't have a self-service web checkout: their billing is bundled into your existing App Store account.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep all your routes, vehicle profiles and saved stops. Pro features turn off at the end of the billing period, but the app still works on the Free tier. Account deletion takes effect within 30 days; mail [email protected] any time.
Why no web checkout?
Three reasons: Apple/Google sandbox handle VAT, refunds and fraud for us; users trust App Store charges more than a new web vendor; and we don't want to be in the credit-card storage business. It also means cancelling is one tap in Settings → Subscriptions on your phone.
