How Jornee ranks fuel stops by detour, not distance

A stop 2 miles off the M6 can cost less time than one signposted right at the exit, depending on the slip road and the return route. Jornee calculates the actual detour, in minutes, for every fuel stop it finds along your route, then sorts the list from lowest to highest. Filter by brand, by open-now status or by fuel type, and the ranking updates around your route rather than a fixed radius.

Live prices and open-now filtering

Petrol and diesel prices can differ by several pence a litre between stations on the same corridor. Jornee shows live prices where they are available, so you can compare before committing to a detour. Pair that with the open-now filter to rule out anything closed by the time you would arrive, and the brand filter if you run a loyalty card or stick to one network.
