UTA Edenred: fuel, charging and tolls on one card
UTA Edenred is one of Europe's two default fleet cards, with roughly 89,000 acceptance points across 40 countries. The 2025 Powerdot deal pushed its EV charging network past 925,000 charge points in 28 European countries, and electronic toll settlement covers 27. This page covers what the card settles, where the network is growing, how secured parking fits in, and how Jornee ranks the stops that accept it by added detour time on your route.

UTA Edenred at a glance
UTA has issued fleet cards since 1963 and is now part of Edenred. The acceptance network counts about 89,000 points across 40 European countries, covering conventional and alternative fuels, vehicle services from breakdown and towing to repair and cleaning, plus VAT and fuel-tax refunds. The network keeps widening at the edges too: 2025 additions brought Azerbaijan, Georgia and Albania into coverage, which matters for fleets running the east-west corridors beyond the EU.

eCharge: 925,000+ points and the Powerdot push
UTA eCharge crossed 925,000 charge points in 28 European countries in July 2025, when the first 8,000 Powerdot stations in France, Spain, Belgium and Poland joined the network, with a further 8,000 to follow. The partner list runs through the networks drivers actually use: Tesla Supercharger, EnBW, IONITY and Shell Recharge among them. For mixed fleets this is the practical bridge, one card that fuels the diesels and charges the EVs on the same invoice, with automatic mileage capture arriving via UTA's telematics tie-ins.

Tolls in 27 countries, parking incl. Truck Etape
Electronic toll settlement covers 27 European countries, so one box and one statement carry a truck from Portugal to Poland. For rest stops, UTA publishes a secured parking overview of payable sites, including Vinci's guarded Truck Etape complexes in France, where Béziers on the A9 alone offers 350 spaces with a restaurant and fuel station behind a barrier. Paying card-side keeps the driver out of cash handling and puts the parking fee on the same invoice as the fuel.

Planning UTA stops on your corridor
Acceptance breadth only pays off when the accepting stop sits on your way. Jornee ranks fuel, charging and truck parking along your active route by added detour minutes rather than straight-line distance, so a UTA-carrying driver picks the stop that costs 3 minutes, not 15. Filter by category, check showers, food and secured parking around each stop, and the card question becomes the easy part of the day.
